November & December: Listening, Learning, and Laying the Groundwork

  • Engaging with Industry Players: Throughout November and December, the BRE Alliance team is in active discussions with hotel owners, short-stay property managers, and industry stakeholders. We’re gathering insights into their needs and expectations.
  • Technical Exploration: Our developers are assessing the technical possibilities for integrating various Property Management Systems (PMS). This ensures we choose solutions that can scale smoothly as the platform grows.

December: Finalizing Early Adopter Agreements and Scaling Plans

  • Securing Cornerstone Partners: By the end of December, we’ll finalize agreements with a select group of hotel owners who will join as early adopters. These “lifetime deal” partners will help shape the platform from the start.
  • Strategic Growth Planning: In parallel, we’re exploring how to scale the company efficiently, including talks with potential investors to accelerate growth without compromising on quality or values.

January: Community Input and PMS Integration Engineering

  • Voting on Functionalities: In January, we’ll implement a system that allows hotels to vote on new features. This ensures that platform improvements reflect real-world, community-driven priorities.
  • PMS Connection Engineering: Our technical team will complete the foundational engineering required for linking with key PMS systems. This sets the stage for seamless data flow and commission-free direct bookings.
  • Branding & Consumer Website Reveal: We’ll also unveil our final branding and launch the consumer-facing website, giving travelers a clear, consistent identity to trust and hotels a platform that reflects their input.

February & March: Testing PMS Integrations

  • Trial Runs: During February and March, we’ll introduce live PMS connections for initial testing. Select properties will help validate data accuracy, performance, and overall reliability.
  • Refinement Through Feedback: This testing phase enables us to fine-tune integrations, address any issues, and ensure a smooth booking experience once we fully open to the public.

May 2025: Official Consumer Launch

  • Going Live: By May 2025, we plan to launch the complete consumer-facing platform. Travelers will discover a space that offers direct bookings, transparent pricing, and authentic engagement—an alternative to commission-heavy models.
